Here’s a list of stuff, brands, companies and items I use, enjoy, support and, yes, even love.

Daz Bog Coffee– organic coffee roasted in Denver

Biokleen– effective household cleaners with no harsh chemicals or toxins

John Masters– skin and hair care products; I especially like the sunscreen

Acure– organic, toxin-free lotions, hair care, and skin care with high antioxidants and an argan oil base

Artisana– coconut oil and nut creams and butters

Dr. Bronner’s– coconut oil and coconut oil-based soaps

Seventh Generation Household Products– especially the free and clear dish soap because we are the dishwashers! No weird chemicals, smells or fakey ingredients leaking in through my hands. Check out their website for coupons and look for sales at your local grocery or Target.

Nature’s Way and Living Food’s Coconut Oil– “Coconut oil is a natural energy source because it contains MCTs (medium chain) ‘good fats’ the body uses to produce energy. As a dietary supplement, Coconut oil is a good addition to physical activity, exercise and weight loss programs. Our Coconut oil is certified Organic, Non-GMO, Pure extra virgin, Cold pressed, Hexane-free, Unrefined, Non-bleached, has Zero trans fat and Zero hydrogenated fat. Coconut oil can be taken as a dietary supplement, used for cooking or used for skin & hair care.” And it tastes so good.

Two Leaves and a Bud Tea– Delicate, delicious, never-bitter, perfectly-packaged tea from a Colorado-based company. You will love the pyramid-shaped silk bags.

Ecos Laundry Detergent by Earth Friendly Products– I love this laundry soap because it does not smell, look, taste, sound or feel like anything. And the clothes get super clean– without chemicals that make the neighborhood smell like a mountain breeze. Check out their kitchen, bath, laundry, pet and other household products to help detoxify your home.

Spectrum Brand Oils– This is my trusted brand of olive oil, mayonnaise and other cooking and baking oils. Mostly I use organic olive oil for salad dressing and for medium-heat sauteeing, organic coconut oil or organic full-fat butter for higher heat sauteeing or stir-frying and organic butter or organic grapeseed oil for baking for the rich flavor. Check out this product page for some amazing options you can probably pick up at your grocery.

Traditional Medicinals Tea– herbal teas to use for anything from cramps to stress to stomach aches; gentle and yummy.

Bob’s Red Mill– Great hot cereals, whole grains, baking flours (not just wheat!) and inspiration.

Applegate Farms– I heart bacon. Organic and natural meats.

Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage where I love to grocery shop!

Boulder Organic Coffee- So tasty, even though I am weaning and having a DTR with coffee.
